BrightCraft Dental & Laser Patient Financial & Office Policy
This policy outlines our appointment, payment, cancellation, and refund guidelines to ensure clear expectations and smooth coordination of care. It helps us maintain efficient scheduling and fair service for all patients.
Financial & Office Policies
These policies apply to all patients receiving services from Tigran Gyokchyan DDS, Inc.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments may require a credit card on file
- Appointment confirmations are sent in advance
- Patients are responsible for arriving on time
2. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- A cancellation fee (typically $50), or
- Loss of one treatment session (for packages)
Group or multi-service appointments may require 72-hour notice.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of service
- Package treatments are paid in full at first visit
- Credit card on file may be required for booking
5. Refunds & Credits
- All services, packages, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable
- Unused portions may be converted to credit
- Credits may be used for other services or transferred at discretion of the practice
- Gift cards are non-refundable
6. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional pricing is limited to one-time use per patient
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Promotional credits expire 12 months after purchase (value remains valid where applicable)
7. Treatment Acknowledgment
Patients understand that:
- Results may vary
- Additional treatments may be required
- Additional charges may apply
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
9. Emergency Policy
We do not provide 24/7 emergency services. Patients should contact emergency medical services when necessary.
