Onsite Requirements:

MBSE tools (e.g., EA Sparx, IBM Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo)
Experience in developing or designing within an Avionics Environment
Test and integration of software for embedded systems

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities:

Develop architecture models for software components
Write high-level requirements
SysML modeling using MagicDraw/Cameo
Derive system functional requirements from stakeholder expectations
Perform requirements validation and verification
Coordinate with IPTs, suppliers, and peers to plan and review designs
Develop test cases
Troubleshoot integration/verification issues
Manage issues, problem reports, and change requests
Coordinate with Safety, Security, and Certification teams
Ensure on-time delivery of system requirements and verification activities
Escalate critical issues to engineering/business leadership

Required Experience:

Avionics environment experience
MBSE tools (e.g., EA Sparx, IBM Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo)
Configuration management (e.g., SVN, Clearcase, git, Dimensions)
Requirements management (DOORS)
Engineering processes across:
Requirements (definition, allocation, V&V)
Embedded systems
System integration
FAA/EASA/NAA certification
System safety

Preferred/Plus Experience:

DO-297, DO-178, DO-331 process assurance
A653 partition-based OS experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to track/report performance against cost/schedule
