Job Title: Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Manager (PWA)

The Organisation: EPC within Power & Renewable Energy

The Role: This role is essential for promoting operational efficiency and ensuring strict adherence to prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. The successful candidate will oversee wage data management and ensure timely, accurate reporting to support smooth and compliant project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor forecasting and workforce planning by Trade Classification, aligning with project timelines, resource needs, and strategic goals; lead pre-project activities including wage surveys and subcontractor onboarding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy through oversight of Trade Codes, Certified Payrolls, and subcontractor adherence to prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and payroll requirements.
• Drive process optimization by developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting audits, and managing accurate project data reporting to stakeholders and owners.
• Stay current with evolving labor laws and regulations , especially for IRA-related projects, and proactively implement updates to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Construction or Human Resources
• Exposure to working on Apprenticeship programmes with PWA preferred
• Strong understanding of PWA laws and IRA regulations
