About the Company - T98 Rehab & Chiropractic, a growing Austin based Chiropractic office specializing in Personal Injury patients is seeking a Front Desk Assistant. Previous Chiropractic experience is preferred but not required. Will provide some training. This position would work out of our South Location on Mondays and Wednesdays and in our Braker Ln and Pflugerville location on T/Th and Fridays.

About the Role - We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and responsible person who is able to multi-task in a busy environment. This person will direct patient flow throughout the office, while assisting patients with rehab exercises and therapy modalities. Non-patient care duties will include ordering/maintaining office supplies and daily/weekly/monthly cleaning responsibilities. Clerical duties may include data entry, filing, document scanning, greeting patients, phone calls, schedule appointments, and code and bill insurance claims. If you are an honest and caring individual who is reliable and has strong customer service capabilities and marketing skills. Someone who will support and help manage the office with their peers. Someone who can think fast on their feet, and adapt to a somewhat fast-paced environment, than this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient flow throughout the office
• Assist patients with rehab exercises and therapy modalities
• Order/maintain office supplies
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly cleaning responsibilities
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, document scanning, greeting patients, phone calls, schedule appointments, and code and bill insurance claims

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
