Window Cleaners Wanted

All Window Cleaning Services is an industry leading commercial, mid-rise, and high-rise window cleaning company serving Chicagoland, Iowa City, and Cedar Rapids for over 50 years. We're hiring experienced, hard-working, and reliable team members. Ask about our $500 new employee bonus!

Currently seeking experienced window cleaners for:

• High-rise window cleaning using rope descent (bosun's chair, canister/rack/Petzl)
• High-rise window cleaning using swing stage
• Mid-rise window cleaning using waterfed poles or extension poles
• Low-rise and ground-level window cleaning using extension poles or ladders

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE that can be verified with references from a window cleaning company or other window cleaners.

Responsibilities and Duties

Crews assemble at our Schaumburg headquarters at the start of the day and drive our company vehicles to job sites and back at the end of the day. We provide basic tools and safety equipment. Crew are responsible for relating with customers and cleaning windows at job sites, and organizing tools and equipment at our headquarters.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in window cleaning is required. Interested candidates should be in strong physical condition with ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis, bend, kneel, squat, crouch, sit, push, pull, stand and work outdoors for long periods of time. MUST BE ABLE TO USE 40ft, 32ft, and 24ft extension ladders. MUST HAVE A VALID US DRIVER'S LICENSE. Drugs tests will be performed prior to hire, and periodically while employed.

Responsibilities and Duties

The job is based at our local headquarters. Teams meet at our headquarters at the start of the day, drive our company vehicles to job sites and return at the end of the day to the local headquarters. We provide tools and safety equipment. Supervisors are responsible for supervising teams and projects of all kinds. Also helps organize tools and equipment at our headquarters.

Experience in window cleaning is required. MUST BE ABLE TO USE EXTENSION LADDIERS OF 40ft, 32ft, and 24ft. MUST HAVE A VALID US DRIVER'S LICENSE. Drug tests will be performed before hiring, and periodically while employed.

Industrial Window Cleaners

With experience in:

• Window cleaning at high altitudes using a rope system (bosun's chair, canister/rack/Petzl)
• Window cleaning at high altitudes using a suspended platform
• Window cleaning at medium altitudes using water-fed poles or extension poles
• Window cleaning at low levels using extension poles or ladders

EXPERIENCE MUST BE VALIDATED BY A REFERENDUM OR LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION.

Duties and Work Characteristics

The workday starts and ends at the employer's headquarters. At the beginning of the day, the entire crew prepares to carry out the assignment. Company cars bring and take the team from the job site to the headquarters. The company provides all appropriate tools and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in industrial window cleaning is required.

• Interested candidates should be in good physical condition. During work, you will regularly lift up to 50+ lbs; the job involves frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and standing outside while working;
• The person interested in this position MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND SET UP 40ft, 32ft, and 24ft ladders;
• IMPORTANT DRIVING LICENSE;
• both before and periodically during employment, drug tests will be performed.
