The VP of Finance plays a critical role in steering the organization to optimal results by creating innovative solutions to drive organizational change and continuous improvement of business issues, developing teams, and motivating others to accomplish the Company’s objectives. The position supports multiple stakeholders ranging from each functional department to the executive team, the Board of Directors and the Company’s shareholders. The VP of Finance will report to the CFO and lead the financial planning/analysis and treasury functions on a global basis optimizing the teams’ resources.
