*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse- MedSurg/Tele Role:*
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry readings.
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
* Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to any irregularities or changes in patient condition.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and self-care techniques.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
*Requirements for the Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Role:*
* Active NY RN License
* BLS and ACLS Certifications
* Minimum of 2 years MedSurg/Tele experience
