Currently, we have an experienced Title Close r opportunity with a dynamic and trusted title company committed to excellence in service, offering employees the opportunity to grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The Title Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Prepare the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
• Communicate with all parties involved to gather info, documentation, and schedule closings.
• Work with Lenders to satisfy conditions and balance closing statements.
• No closing at the table is required.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range : $24.00 - $28.85 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
