You'll be ready to:
Drive performance: Ensure that each customer receives a tailored experience to build relationships with both regulars and tourists, and manage inventory and back-office operations efficiently. Lead your team to achieve goals and KPIs, and meet company expectations.
Maintain store standards: Follow visual merchandising guidelines, ensure a clean, organized, and inviting space.
Uphold company standards: Follow merchandising guidelines, create an inviting environment, and promote well-being.
Lead and inspire: Train and motivate your team, embody our brand’s DNA and values, foster a supportive and passionate team culture, and communicate transparently and authentically.
Provide training: Deliver tailored training sessions, follow up individually, and ensure a flourishing environment aligned with our brand DNA and values.
