A leading Environmental Consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated Principal Environmental Consultant to help grow their local office. As a new Principal, you will join an exceptionally skilled team dedicated to supporting clients with a wide range of environmental challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Seek and capitalize on business development prospects while fostering strong client relationships.
• Oversee projects, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Analyze and strategically assess project requirements and relevant environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels, effectively communicating the results.
• Ensure successful project delivery, which may involve site visits, preparing deliverables, and conducting senior reviews.
• Act as a role model and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE/PG preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a successful record of business development.
