Job Title: Recruiter (Temp to Perm)

Location: Media, PA

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $26.31/hour, 35 hours/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in a temp-to-perm role, supporting county-wide recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and recommend candidates.

• Source active and passive candidates, conduct resume reviews, and perform phone interviews.

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with industry standards.

• Assist with interviews, salary negotiations, and new hire paperwork.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Attend job fairs and build networks with local colleges, training programs, and agencies.

• Track recruiting metrics and produce talent management reports.

• Support HR team with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency experience alone may not suffice).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build collaborative relationships.

• Professional presentation in appearance and speech.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Self-starter with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
