My client, a leader in co-living and multifamily ground-up construction in the Greater Los Angeles area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a 50-unit apartment complex in Van Nuys. Job Description

Reporting to the SPM the Project Manager - Ground Up - 50 unit Apartment is responsible for:

• Lead and manage all phases of the ground-up construction of the 50-unit apartment complex in Van Nuys.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure all deliverable are met on time and within budget.
• Supervise day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager - Ground Up - 50 unit Apartment:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or ground-up building and construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and contract management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in multifamily construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
