Direct Hire Opportunity!

Our client is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to provide daily transportation for children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and other designated appointments, as well as supporting occasional transport needs for company personnel. This is a full-time position hired directly through the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from school, activities, and scheduled appointments.
• Ensure punctual and consistent pick-up/drop-off routines.
• Provide additional driving support for family members or company personnel as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept company vehicle and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with parents/guardians and designated contacts.
• Support children’s safety, comfort, and well-being during transport (including use of car seats or boosters as required).
• Keep detailed driving logs when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience (family, private, executive, or childcare-related preferred).
• Familiarity with Boston-area roads and traffic patterns.
• CORI (Criminal Offender Registry Information) and SORI (Sexual Offender Registry Information) clearance required prior to start.
• Strong punctuality, discretion, and communication skills.
• Child-friendly demeanor with demonstrated patience and calm under pressure.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak Azeri, Turkish or Russian is preferred.
