What Are We Looking For?
InSynch Health is on a continued path for growth. We are offering a new full-time opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Psychiatrist to join our outpatient psychiatric clinic. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth. 

Requirements: 
  • Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Indiana is required at the time of hire.
  • Indiana DEA License is required.
  • Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage an average caseload of 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
