Lead Product Engineer

My client is a well-capitalized team and they are hiring a Product-Focused Lead Engineer to own development of new Web3 applications. You’ll work across the stack to launch user-facing products powered by advanced cross-chain infrastructure.

This isn’t a smart contract role you won’t write Solidity but you’ll work closely with protocol devs and need to understand how blockchain interactions work across ecosystems. You’ll lead a small, focused team and help shape both the product and engineering direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of full-stack Web3 applications from zero to launch
• Build UIs, APIs, and backend logic to simplify complex blockchain workflows
• Translate protocol capabilities into intuitive products for end users
• Collaborate with design and infra teams to craft seamless UX
• Shape early engineering culture and technical direction

We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years engineering experience, ideally with product-heavy exposure
• Strong full-stack skills and a product-first mindset
• Track record of building and shipping production-grade applications
• Ability to navigate blockchain interfaces (wallets, RPCs, token flows)
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring devs

Bonus If You Have:

• Exposure to multiple blockchain ecosystems
• Experience designing apps around wallets, bridging, or asset flows
• Worked at both startups and more structured tech orgs

Hybrid: San francisco

Compensation:

Strong cash + meaningful upside (liquid + long-term aligned).
