Our customer-focused, employee-driven business model builds long-term partners through loyalty, consistency, and expertise. We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. Pay Range: $18-$22/hr depending on experience Work Hours & Benefits 40 hours per week Medical, Dental, Vision plans Free Basic Life Insurance. Short- and Long-Term Disability 401k Paid Holidays Paid Time off Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Operate machines such as press brakes, shears, and plasma cutters. Cut, bend, roll, and shape metal sheets to specified dimensions. Weld and assemble metal components as required. Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications. Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and safety. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum [X] years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. Proficiency in reading technical drawings. Skilled in MIG/TIG welding (optional depending on scope). Familiar with OSHA safety regulations. Work Conditions: Full-time position. Physical work in a shop setting. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
