Position Overview
We’re hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our partnership with Brookdale Senior Living in McKinney, TX. This is a hybrid role that blends senior care with outpatient orthopedic treatment.

The position is expected to grow into a full-time role within 45–60 days as patient volume builds. For candidates needing full-time hours right away, we can supplement the schedule with nearby outpatient ortho clinics in McKinney, Allen, or Plano.

Schedule & Locations

2–3 days/week at Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch – McKinney, TX

Additional days available at outpatient ortho clinics nearby (McKinney, Allen, or Plano)

What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on care under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Support patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques

Monitor and report on patient progress

Educate patients on movement safety and at-home exercises

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment space

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current PTA license in Texas

Experience with senior populations or outpatient ortho preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
