About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead our environmental consulting operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our environmental consulting services. Your expertise in our service lines, environmental regulations, project management, business development, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our operations in the region.
This position qualifies for a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and is eligible for a hybrid schedule with the requirement of working in the office at least 3 days a week.
Primary Function:
The Director leads the office's strategic vision to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include developing and managing the annual budget including but not limited to: revenue, and profitability targets, aligning incentives for the office and the company. The Director oversees all operations, including business development, project execution, resource management, quality control, and staff development. They embody core values, fostering a positive team environment through integrity and leadership.
