Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Reports to: VP, Sales & Commercial Development & CMO

About the Role

Casa Centinela is not just launching a tequila brand — we’re crafting a cultural presence. We're looking for a bilingual digital leader who can blend storytelling with strategy, visuals with voice, and culture with content. This role is not about “posting”; it’s about building emotional resonance with modern luxury consumers across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve the brand’s digital presence across all platforms — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels — ensuring consistent tone, voice, and visual identity that reflect the craft, heritage, and ambition of Casa Centinela.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand awareness, product storytelling, cultural relevance, and community engagement — from monthly editorial calendars to campaign-specific rollouts.
  • Own the full content creation pipeline , including concepting, scripting, coordinating shoots, editing, and publishing — while maintaining a high standard for aesthetics, pacing, and emotional resonance.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and CMO to align content with commercial priorities, product launches, market activations, and trade events — ensuring digital efforts reinforce business goals.
  • Build and manage a network of creators , including photographers, stylists, videographers, influencers, and cultural collaborators, to generate authentic and aspirational content.
  • Translate real-world activations into digital storytelling moments , collaborating with field marketing and trade teams to bring on-premise and retail experiences to life online.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of content and social campaigns using native analytics and third-party tools; translate insights into weekly and monthly optimization strategies.
  • Act as the brand's digital voice , engaging with consumers, influencers, partners, and press in a timely, witty, and respectful tone aligned with our premium positioning.
  • Coordinate the briefing and oversight of external partners (e.g. graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, PR agency, etc.), ensuring content outputs meet timelines, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends , content innovations, algorithm changes, and competitor activity — bringing new formats and ideas that keep Casa Centinela relevant, surprising, and admired.
  • Support owned and paid media strategy , including basic ad copywriting, boosted post management, and working alongside media planners or performance marketers when applicable.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy , ideally in luxury, spirits, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — able to write, post, and create seamlessly in both
  • Deep understanding of platform trends, content formats, and brand-building in digital spaces
  • Eye for design, visuals, and brand storytelling — experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and highly organized

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience launching or growing brands in the U.S. market
  • Photography, short-form video, or content production skills
  • Understanding of the 3-tier alcohol system and trade marketing
