\n What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative I? You’ll be:
\n• Effectively and efficiently managing order to cash process activities such as expediting, basic returns, back-order monitoring, and consignment order processes.
\n• Executing the Customer Non-Conformance process, including investigation and reporting.
\n• Providing consistent quality service and acting as a liaison for customers and external service providers.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED (required); a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
\n• Bring at least 2 years of progressive experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of the Order to Cash process.
\n• Are proficient in using SAP order to cash modules and have intermediate-level competence with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
