Minimum qualifications include an unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written, unrestricted PIC Type Rating preferred, FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred, basic computer proficiency, participation in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program, experience flying business aircraft highly desired, strong communication skills, passion for teaching, and authorization to live/work in the United States. Responsibilities include delivery of flight training in a flight simulator and ground school, acting as subject matter expert, providing simulator/flight or classroom instruction, conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings, completing administrative duties, and contributing to curricula and courseware creation. Physical requirements include dexterity, ability to sit for 4-6 hours with limited breaks, stand for up to 10 hours, and perform physical movements such as stooping and climbing.
