Manager, Commercialization Contracts Admin

Hybrid – Redwood City, CA (min. 2 days onsite)

This role manages the execution and compliance of contracts (SOWs, CDAs, MSAs) across Medical Affairs and Commercial functions. Responsibilities include collaborating with Legal/Compliance and business owners, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, providing contract process guidance, monitoring contract lifecycles, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract and payment inquiries. The manager will also maintain the contract management system, drive process improvements, and partner with operations teams to optimize contract administration.

Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in contracts administration (procurement, contract management, or purchasing) within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, influencing, organizational, and communication skills are essential
• Ability to manage processes and systems that drive accountability and results
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and variety of project management (ie, smartsheets) and communication and administrative platforms (ie, Teams, contracts management system, etc)

Preferred:

• Targeted Oncology product experience preferred
• Prior experience in a fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
