Job Title: Finisher

Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Finisher to join our team on a long-term infrastructure project at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Summit County, CO. This project runs through 2027, with additional opportunities in nearby mountain towns. If you’re experienced in concrete work and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with laborers and pipefitters on various construction tasks.
• Perform concrete finishing duties, including floating, screeding, and surface preparation.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and fabrication.
• Conduct quality checks on concrete work to meet project standards.
• Assist with general labor and landscaping tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on concrete experience.
• Strong skills in concrete finishing and floating techniques.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
• Proficient with both hand tools and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in carpentry and rebar installation.
• Familiarity with concrete forms and pour processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Four 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Occasional Friday work may be required, especially during inclement weather.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Paid travel time: 1 hour each way (8 hours/week total).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
