Job Description: Medical Malpractice Attorney – Cleveland, OH

Our client, a well-established Ohio-based personal injury law firm led by four seasoned partners with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their growing Cleveland office. With over 80 employees across multiple Ohio offices—and plans to expand further—the firm offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Cleveland, OH (100% in-office)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of medical malpractice experience required
• Compensation: $110,000–$180,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a growing caseload of medical malpractice cases (currently 90 active files)
• Handle wrongful death and high-damages cases
• Conduct depositions (taking and defending); trial experience preferred
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including 2 attorneys, 1 paralegal, and 1 case manager
