Job Description
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; greet clients and visitors for title company.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for real estate transactions.
· Enter and update transaction information in title software (Qualia).
· Ordering title and lien searches, surveys, estoppels, and payoffs as needed.
· Assist with post-closing procedures (i.e., mailing checks, policies, etc.).
· Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and data entry.
