Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The Business Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in the efficient and effective execution of day-to-day business and administrative functions within the SPTS organization. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including event coordination, digital tool development and support, leadership assistance, and administrative process management.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and technical skills and be capable of supporting multiple functions simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Smart Sheet or similar project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting leadership teams or working in a technology-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel systems and finance tools such as PCard/P360.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role.
