Desired Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience handling full-cycle property accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closings
Strong proficiency with Yardi software (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Solid grasp of GAAP principles and the ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances
