Dr. Tigran is a member of highly recognized dental associations. His tireless efforts in providing cutting edge care for his patients pushed him to excel in the continuing dental education field and become a Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implanvology, Academy of General Dentistry and California Implant Institute. Dr. Luciana Soares received her first DDS degree from the well-known public Brazilian University in São Paulo – UNICAMP – in 2003, and since then, she has focused her practice on Restorative Dentistry, including Aesthetic Rehabilitations, Implant Restorative and Minimally Invasive Dentistry approach. Throughout these 20 years, she has developed her abilities beyond her clinical expertise, which allow her to acquire the art of understanding her patients and their expectations in every treatment.
In 2015, Dr. Luciana received her Specialty and Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics from the São Leopoldo Mandic Research Center in Campinas, Brazil.
The subsequent year, she was offered the unique privilege of working as a Visiting Research Scholar with Dr. Pascal Magne, the renowned “Father of Biomimetic Dentistry,” at the USC School of Dentistry. She developed cutting-edge research on Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry and served as a volunteer faculty for DDS students.
She earned her second DDS degree in 2021 from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, internationally recognized by its professional excellence and education.
Dr. Luciana has published several scientific and clinical articles in international journals, including the prestigious Dental Materials Journal and The International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry.
Dr. James Oh, DDS, MS attended the prestigious University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduating from Michigan, Dr. Oh attended UCLA for his first dental residency in pediatric dentistry. His training included all pediatric dental procedures, early phase orthodontics, and craniofacial therapies. His interest in orthodontics led him to pursue his second residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Loma Linda University, where he obtained his Master of Science degree.
Recognized for his clinical skill, integrity, and leadership, Dr. Oh was selected by his colleagues and faculty to serve as the chief resident.
Dr. Oh is one of the only dual residency trained specialists practicing in Southern California. In addition to his extensive educational background, he believes that a commitment to clinical research is imperative to being able to provide the most innovative and advanced treatments to his patients, and you can find his name authoring publications in various journals. His active areas of research include pediatric sleep-disordered breathing and nasopharyngeal airway obstruction.
Dr. Oh cherishes the opportunity to guide his patients on their journey towards a healthy and beautiful smile. When he is not at the office, he stays active by working out, playing sports, and volunteering in his community.

On my spare time, I love spending time with my kids, family and friends. I truly enjoy outdoor adventures, soccer, basketball, watching movies and church. Love coffee and sweets.
Juana - Office Manager
I’m the office manager here at BrightCraft Dental and Laser. My journey through the dental industry began in 1990 as a dental assistant. I’ve worked in the industry for over 30 years now and learned I enjoy educating the public about oral health, and most importantly, improving their smiles. Some of my favorite hobbies include traveling with my husband and exploring various parts of Latin America. I have two daughters and three beautiful grandchildren whom I adore. I also enjoy cooking and reading in my spare time. I cannot wait to meet you all and hope that your experience here is nothing but, positive.
Fabiola - Dental Assistant
Hello, I'm Fabiola Cabrales. I completed my dental education in 1999, where I became a Certified Dental Assistant. I truly feel that teeth are my passion and seeing patients feel good about their teeth is very rewarding. Outside of the office, I like to hike and explore the outdoors. Spending time with friends, especially my daughters. Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy organizing things around the house, try new restaurants and read.
